FASTSERVENOW VENDOR AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/h1>\n

This Vendor Agreement (\u201cAgreement<\/strong>\u201d) is entered into by and between FastServeNow<\/strong> (\u201cPlatform<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cwe<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cus<\/strong>\u201d) and the individual or entity applying to sell products or services on the Platform (\u201cVendor<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cyou<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n

By registering as a Vendor, listing products, or receiving payments through the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.<\/p>\n

1. Platform Nature and Relationship<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1.1 FastServeNow operates as a marketplace platform<\/strong> that facilitates transactions between customers and independent vendors.<\/p>\n

1.2 FastServeNow is not the seller of any products<\/strong>, does not take title to goods, and does not control or guarantee product quality, inventory, fulfillment, delivery, or after-sales service.<\/p>\n

1.3 Vendors act as independent contractors<\/strong>. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between FastServeNow and the Vendor.<\/p>\n
