These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website [loteat.com] (the “Platform”), operated by FLYREACH LIMITED (the “Company”).

Please read and understand these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By registering, logging in, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all policies published by the Platform (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Content Policy).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform and Business Model
Loteat is a local service platform that primarily provides delivery services for furniture, appliances, daily necessities, convenience goods, and groceries. The services offered include, but are not limited to:
Online ordering system
Delivery dispatch services
Electronic payment gateway
Customer support
Order management
General delivery times range from 20 minutes to 3 hours after an order is placed, depending on the type of order, delivery area, and traffic conditions.
2. User Registration and Account Security
Eligibility: The Platform is available only to individuals aged 18 or older with full legal capacity, or to legally registered business entities.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not lend, rent, or share your account with others. Any losses resulting from poor account management are your sole responsibility.
Accuracy of Information: The information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or ban any account found to contain false information.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Users are prohibited from registering multiple accounts for fraudulent or exploitative purposes.
3. Use of Services
Ordering and Delivery: When a user places an order through the Platform, it is automatically processed by the system, and delivery is carried out by the Platform or its logistics partners.
Delivery Responsibility: The Platform coordinates service between merchants and delivery personnel but is not responsible for delays caused by:
Merchant preparation time
Weather or traffic disruptions
Incorrect or unclear address information provided by the user
Product Issues: Please refer to the Refund Policy for after-sales services. The Platform reserves the right to deny refund requests for used, unsealed, or mistakenly purchased items.
4. Payment and Settlement
The Platform supports various online payment methods (e.g., credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment services).
All transaction data is encrypted, and the Platform does not store complete payment credential information.
Users must ensure that they use their own accounts to make payments in order to prevent fraud or unauthorized charges.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:
Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions
Infringement of third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
Posting obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content
Creating fake orders, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or abusing the refund process
Hacking or disrupting the Platform’s systems
If such behavior is discovered, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and pursue legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, interface designs, functional modules, and service programs on the Platform are the property of the Platform or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, sell, imitate, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without express authorization.
7. Disclaimer
As a third-party intermediary platform, the Platform is not directly responsible for the legality, authenticity, quality, or safety of products provided by merchants.
The Platform does not guarantee merchant performance, order punctuality, or service quality.
The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure or network failures.
In the event of a dispute between users and merchants, the Platform will assist in mediation but bears no legal or financial liability.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
The Platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account under the following circumstances:
Violation of these Terms
Repeated malicious refund or complaint activity
Submission of false information
Disruption of normal platform operations
Involvement in legal investigations
9. Changes to the Terms
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms based on operational needs. Updated versions will be posted through official announcements on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably.
If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction in Hong Kong for final judgment.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
